HISTORY
Marie Long was the founder of LONG LEADS, which she launched in April 2018.
Marie created LONG LEADS as she wanted to spend more time with her own furry friends Chewy & Remy as well combining two of her passions - dogs and the great outdoors.
In October 2020 as fate would have it Hayley Webb & Marie met. It wasn't long after meeting Hayley started working for LONG LEADS supporting Marie. Hayley too shared Marie's passion & vision.
Marie & Hayley formed a strong friendship so after some reflexion due to the global pandemic. Marie spoke with Hayley about taking over LONG LEADS from her.
In July 2021 Hayley seamlessly carried on where Marie left off, making her own adventures.
In August 2021 Marie & her family joined her husband abroad, where he is serving as a police officer.
ABOUT ME
My names is Teri & I am Marie's mum. I joined LONG LEADS in March 2019. I live in Willesborough with my husband Barry & my furry son Yogi. Most of you would have seen pictures of him already as he joins the pack walks from time to time.
I have been a carer for many, many years...until Marie approached me about joining the business. With my love for animals & supporting my daughter in her dream I jumped at the chance. I am so very proud and honored to be part of this adventure.
ABOUT NANNY LONG LEADS
Hello, my name is Hayley & my husband John and I have a grown-up son called Joshua.
For the past 16 years I have been a Wedding and Events Coordinator which I have loved every minute of but my passion is to work and be around animals as I love all animals, especially dogs.
Losing Barney our beautiful black Labrador of 12 years last year has left a massive hole in our lives and in our hearts..
It was then I decided to change my career path and do something that would make me happy and as fate would have it, I met the lovely Marie.
I have been working alongside Marie since October 2020 and enjoy every single minute I spend with her and her furry friends..
By June I would have completed my dog grooming course where I can then join Marie full-time... and I cannot wait 🐶😊
